This first animation is clearly made by someone with a good amount of animating experience as it has a lot of smooth and complex animations within it. The animation goes through lots of facts and reasons of why and how you can travel sustainably and the importance of doing so. The animation is quite exaggerative at times to show the damage that vehicles can have on the environment for example 9 seconds in the use of thick smoke releasing from the cars can be seen. Something that I can take away from this animation and include in my own is how it lists and goes through the different examples of sustainable transport, however as my animation will be a lot shorter than this I will have to include only a little amount of text.
This animation is a lot more informative and also includes a voice over that goes through a lot of information and facts. This isn’t something I wish to include in my animation as I felt when watching this animation all the information been thrown at me at once was quite overwhelming and got quite confusing at times as I found it difficult to read the information in the animation as well as listen to the voice over at the same time. However, one thing I liked about this animation was how certain assets were drawn out and animated as it was a bit more basic it seemed at times which will work better for my animation and its target audience which is a younger audience, having more basic animations will make it easier for a younger audience to follow and understand.
This final animation is based on the current environment in China and how they are trying to implement sustainable methods of travel in the country. This animation I felt was a lot better with the voice over and information popping up as it was a bit more slowed down and easier to understand. This animation again had more basic animations which I felt I could replicate in my own way in my animation for example, the way the bikes are cars are animated the animation avoided including any complex animation like a walk-cycle or a bike cycle and just had them moving either from right to left or left to right, this is something that will be more accomplishable within my animation. Another thing I will take from this animation is how it always has a background like the city for example as in the previous animations there were times where there was just a white background which made them look unfinished and so I will have some form of background within my animation at all times.
