When it came to creating the boxes I wanted to create something that is more in demand and popular in the real world today. Something that I see regularly online on sites such as YouTube is people buying mystery boxes and so that’s what I decided to create. The idea of a mystery box is exactly as it sounds, the mystery behind it is what gets most people excited as they are buying something and not knowing what they are getting, they can get something they really wanted and the chance of that is mostly what sells the boxes or they may miss out and not get what they wanted. There are multiple types of mystery boxes on the market such as shoe mystery boxes, football mystery boxes, electronic mystery boxes and so on for my mystery box I wanted it to be a range of items which I have tried best to show that by having some items poking out of the top. I also created a tier system for the boxes with bronze being the worst tier and amethyst being the best tier and they rise in price based on their tier level. The intended audience for this box will be 18 years old and above as buying mystery boxes can be classed as gambling and selling to people under that age could be illegal. When it came to designing the logo for the boxes I created a simple logo that could be used in multiple colours and then renamed each box to match the colour and I created a custom separate background for each box to avoid any feeling of repetition within the renders and having them all have the same background. I decided to use the turntable render on the most expensive box which is the amethyst mystery box.
